In Florida we rarely think about our heating systems until we have a cold front. We want to make sure you are comfortable all day and night. Even though we don't use our heating systems like those who live further north but they still require annual maintenance to keep you warm and cozy. Summer/Fall Tune Up Special, $69 plus tax. The tune-up includes freon level check, flush drain, clean outdoor coils, inspect evaporator coils (deep cleaning extra), and inspection of all electrical & mechanical components. Other services may cost additional. We will not recommend anything that you do not need...EVER!
Service Calls start at $289 plus tax, includes trip charge and up to 1 hour of labor. Materials and replacement parts extra.
